4.1.03. An employee who has reached 71 years of age or does not meet the eligibility criteria established by the trustee or by a law governing the trustee’s activities is not eligible for the collective RRSP.

4.1.03. The employer must send to the parity committee, not later than the 15th day of each month, the employer’s contribution to the group RRSP for the preceding month and any voluntary contribution by the employee, if applicable.
